I am so disappointed by not only this party city, but party cities in general. First, I went to the Lincoln Park location and had a horrible experience. They didnt allow me to return what I needed, so I was given a $60 credit. The individual who helped me at that location told me I could throw away my receipt, but make sure to take a picture so I could use my store credit next time I come in. I came back to this location ONE week later to get more items for my birthday using my store credit and even the manager refused to take the photo that the sister location told me I could use and did not help me in any way possible. I had to pay extra for my balloons and still have a $60 store credit for a dirty store with unhelpful employees. I have owned my own retail store and I understand there are protocols to follow but I would never let my customers leave unhappy. I have been to Party City 3 times this month for my birthday and I cannot express enough how disappointed and unhappy I have been with then each time. I just want my money back.
