      image We have used this Party City for years, but had an especially good experience on Wednesday. I was picking up balloons for my son's birthday and one of the balloons was a little deflated. The 2 gentlemen working noticed the balloon (I had not) and immediately offered to refill it and also gave me a replacement balloon in case the one that I had purchased did not last. They were so kind and worked quickly to resolve a problem I had not noted myself. They were right though because the balloon did not last and the backup was perfect.
