        Mobile deposits take FOREVER. Had I known it was going to take 4 days to get my money I would have just went in and cashed my check. Very disapointted in this service. I left chase for the fees, but at least my paycheck was available within a few minutes of using their mobile deposit. Almost worth the switch back.

        It's a good bank. I've been banking with them over 10 yrs now. The 11th street branch can be a bit slow. Only 2 drive thru tellers. That needs to be fixed asap. They get so busy and let u do everything in the drive thru. You could be sitting for 20 to 25 mins. Inside they have 4 tellers ,so they are pretty fast. Always nice, helpful and friendly.

        Worst bank ever they blame you for all their mistakes constantly steals money out of your account and says it was your fault. Claims you’re lying all the time no one helps you, let’s scammers ruin your credit/life and blames you and calls you a liar, oh and if you have a joined account with your kid or parent both of you have to pay for the mistake they made
