        If I could, I would give zero stars. Previous Alpine Bank customer and stayed to see what Midland could do. Long story short, they couldn't do much. Had my debit card hacked to the tune of $1500. 3 separate $500 transactions at gas stations in Texas and Im an IL resident. Had no idea until my card was declined. Fast forward 6 weeks later until I received a new debit card. I am also a student with no local branches and they were not willing to express ship me a card. Afterwards I tried to close my account on 3 different occasions. Each time there was a reason they couldn't. Horrible customer service on the phone and in person. One branch, even went as far to say I was wrong after I listed off all the services I lost when switched from Alpine to Midland. I highly encourage everyone to avoid this bank!!!!
