      image Tried to accompany my 92-year-old grandma into this facility and was told I needed to wait in the car because only one person is allowed per pet. Her dog is not friendly with other dogs and its hard for her to control her so I was able to at least walk them both a room. Her appointment was at 10 oclock, we arrived at 9:45. I waited outside for her until 1230. Almost 3 hours to check the dogs ears and left with a bottle of arthritis pills. This is unacceptable.
