On March 14th we had to say goodbye to one of our four legged family members. Our 16 year old Brittany Spaniel,Preston, was very loved by our entire family, and friends. On this day, Preston was suffering from a medical condition that was very serious. When we called our vets office, they were closed. I looked up the number for the Niles Animal Hospital which is very close to where I live.
Fortunately, they were able to get us in. We saw Dr Brazelton who was the most caring and compassionate vet that we have ever met!
After the exam, we had to make the difficult decision to let go of our sweet boy. The techs name is Nick , and he was also very compassionate. Many years back, we had to say goodbye to a sick pet a different vets office, at a cold, hard table . Nick brought in a little mattress, a blanket and a pillow. We were given as much time as we needed to say goodbye. Our feelings were handled with dignity ,care, and compassion on that day. We are thankful for the way that the Niles Animal Hospital got us through our loss. About a week later, we received a plaque with Prestons paw print and name on it. Going forward, we will be bringing all of our four legged family members to Dr Brazelton, and staff at the Niles Animal Hospital ! We recommend them 100%!

I brought my cockatiel there for his first check up. I was greeted with a friendly smile and welcome. We were brought into an examining room right on time. Doctor Abete came in and made me feel immediately comfortable. The exam was very thorough and everything was explained to me in a clear and easy to understand manner. I chose to have the optional blood work done. Dr. Abete came back with a printout with all the results in about 15 minutes and reviewed the results. All were good
The fee was exactly what was explained to me when I made the initial call to schedule an appointment.
EVERYone I dealt with was polite, professional and friendly.
My pet has a regular vet now.
Im 100% happy and satisfied.
