image I have been having the worst experience with banfield. Not only do they not answer your calls which I made numerous attempts few times I've called literally 20 times and did not get any answers and this is not an exaggeration but they don't really take care of your pet as they claim. My pet had the same issues no matter how many times I have complained to the vet. They will say its seasonal it will go away or will say we can give him such and such medicine which is not covered even though we pay for insurance. And that medicine does not even work. My dog till this day scoots and licks his paws. I am currently shopping for another vet because banfield really is not the place for anyone to take their pets for their well being and health. We all love our pets dearly and are family so why settle for less. Pet owners please be aware of this before you bring your pet to banfield.

image Would give them zero stars if I could. Woman working the desk was very condescending and insensitive to my family when we came in with concerns about our dying dog.

image Took my 6 year old dog to get a check up, they suggested a 6 month proHeart medication (and I accepted) and gave her the 12 month shot. My dog ended up with a severe allergic reaction which I understand can happen and thats not their fault. However, when I called to let them know to remove the next 6 month shot the staff member told me they had given her the 12 month and that I need to pay for the 12 months. Ill be switching her over to another vet. Do not give your pets ProHeart vaccine! Check to see the possible side effects online- you can find the study done for this medication.

image Banfield and their team have been very compassionate and flexible with our frenchie puppy. We have their wellness plan that includes his neutering and it has defiantly helped us with all his vaccines and visits we make. Thank you doctors, vet techs, and front desk staffing for being very inviting and putting my concerns at ease. I appreciate all the work you do for us!
