        I came here to make a payment on my bill that was due yesterday. I barely made it before they closed ( so I thought) at 7:56. Right as my son and I got to the door, I saw a man walk from the front to the back and turn off all the lights. I then looked at my phone and confirmed he had closed up early. I started knocking on the door and there was no response. I then googled their phone number and there was no answer and their voice messaging system was off. While I was calling and knocking on the door , the open sign got turned off. This leads me to believe that the associate was still there just watching all of this happen. Thankfully I was able to contact Verizon and let them know about this so I can make my payment today. Needless to say I will NEVER come here again. By far the worst experience I've had with a business.
