        This Ps3 does not function. Won't boot up. unable to access anything. HDMI out does not work. Changed cable. Tried fixes from online searches. this was unit was built in 2007. One tag missing from unit. Can't find serial number nor model number. Took my money . This was an Ebay purchase.
