        As a real estate professional, I would never recommend this bank to ANYONE for mortgage purposes. They have now delayed closing twice and have had all info for weeks. 0/10 never again.

        I'm a real estate agent who referred 2 clients to BMO for the IHDA program and i regret it. One client missed out on her purchase due to BMO delays and incompetence. Both loans were subject constant delays and lack of communication from BMO. The loan officer would not speak on the phone and only communicate via email. Many emails went unanswered. Contract dates were completely ignored. Both properties were condos and condo questionaires were not ordered. I do NOT recommend getting a mortgage here
