I would have been thrilled to leave them a glowing review for the excellent work they did on my car. However, my experience was marred when I was unexpectedly hit with a 5% penalty fee for not paying with cash or check. Upon arriving to pick up my car, the secretary informed me that using a credit or debit card would incur an extra 5% charge, of which I had not been previously informed. This additional cost significantly inflated the expense of the body work on my car. Feeling blindsided and unfairly charged, I left the shop feeling cheated and disheartened.

Can't say enough good things about Boyce. They did a great job on my antennae damage on the roof of my Rav4. They did the work in a timely manner and even detailed the car before returning to me! First class service!

Joe Klein and his team at Boyce Body Werks are 100% professional from the moment you walk in the door. They were quick to reply to any call or email from me. They patiently worked with the insurance company who represented the driver who rear-ended me, getting the best possible payout on my claim. They did not use after-market parts, nor do they pay under-market wage rates to their employees, thus there is much pride in their products and services. I would highly recommend Boyce Body Werks.

Have used Boyce four times over the years. Always great service and results. They go over what needs to be done and results are top notch.
