Best dealer I have ever been to. Got the deal done in 30min. Easy,smooth super friendly. I dealt with Howard thier sales rep and my god what a great human being. Neil,David,Howard are the best, they took care of us and understood what our goals were. I will be coming back there again. You can't beat great customer service and thier understanding of customer needs. Above & beyond.

Had a bad experience with oil leakage after service and the service manager was incorrectly mentioning that the leakage was due to my previously done oil change. He also blamed that this was not oil changed in nissan approved oil, which was so incorrect as it was at the same place which I had done the previous service. Also initially when I confronted him that I have been getting it only serviced in this place, he indirectly mentioned that he is a certified mechanic and he can confirm this was not serviced at their place. When I showed him proof of my last service he said , I believe you now and behaved it was not a big deal. I will never visit this place again

I want to share my appreciation for Todd. Todd has worked with me for the past two weeks. He has been very patient and supportive in meeting my car purchase needs. I prayed for an honest and trustworthy salesman and that is what God sent me. Once I met Todd I knew he would be the only salesman that I needed to do business with. I was pleased with his excellent customer service skills, his promptness in answering my questions and just showing a genuine concern about me being a customer. Today (7/03/2023) I walked out with my new Altima SL and I am happy! I plan on referring others to Todd and coming back to Nissan in a few years to do business with Todd again!!!! Carmen 7/03/2023
