We inquired about a van that was listed online for 46K and change. My father allowed them to pull his credit for it at that price. A salesperson came back and told us that the new price would be 56K. Don't trust these people! A sales manager is apologizing and calling me hun! He goes on to tell us about the market price, great! Shouldn't you share the market price you want for the vehicle before running my dad's credit. We were not allowed to make an informed decision due to deceitful practices. Terrible business practices!!

Jason Arwood is one of the best service advisors I have ever dealt with. I feel like he treats me with honesty and integrity. That is rare especially in the car business. I will remain loyal to Jim Hayes as long as I live in the area. Furthermore, I am a believer in the Ford brand. I had a terrible experience with Toyota, so much that I will never buy another Toyota vehicle in my lifetime.
