Went to drop off a package 1/29/24. Im currently 8months pregnant and had my toddler on one hip and large package in the other arm. The lady working the front desk came around her work station and opened the door for me! Fantastic and quick service. She even offered to print out the receipt and bring it to me. Very helpful and I would go back to this office.

Carrier for my area does not deliver my packages to the front door, she delivers them directly under a sign that ask for them to please be delivered to the front door instead of the side of our house where the garage is. Sometimes my dog would get out but we took measures to keep her in and despite that, the carrier still doesn't want to do her job correctly.
Even though my dog was locked inside yesterday, she had my packages returned and claimed them as damaged. I'm pretty certain they were not and she did this out of spite because a couple of them were heavy. I was told carriers are required to lift up to 70lbs. If she's not able to do that, she needs to retire or find a new job.
I call every time and the managers aren't doing anything about it. They act like they will, but then don't. They don't care. After I called 2-3 days ago, she had my packages completely returned to sender because she didn't want to deliver them to me.

The two times I've been to this location were a complete waste of time. Today they told me they couldn't help me print a shipping label I paid for. I went to the Godfrey location and she told me what I needed for them to print it. 2 minutes later I mailed the package.
If you cared even 1% at this location, you could have helped me today. But, as always, this location doesn't understand or care to understand how to effectively do their job

You guys keep taking my mail back and saying there is a dog out. Ok yes my dog is on a locked enclosed porch. I work for amazon have been bitten have been chased off a property my company dont care and still wants the delivery made. Please explain how my dog who lives here has a military chip and was born on a military base and wanted for specific reasons is an issue. Amazon delivery drivers i guess care more than this worthless government agency that is only as bad as Amtrak. You guys hire people who as soon as they see a dog even if it was behind a window have the right to refuse. Excuse me? If amazon had those issues we would never deliver to anyone. We live on Wickenhauser in Alton. Again, my dog is in a enclosed porch that is locked from the inside. Dogs dont even have thumbs how can a medium size dog named sugar bear going to prevent delivery. Yes my dog barks but i guess mine is the first. Go figure. No wonder nobody and every company has figured out a way to use everything but the postal service of the u.s.a.
