I has a wonderful experience. The booking was smooth and easy. Employees was helpful and friendly. Car was running very good and new . We enjoyed the trip Ty! For Avis I really appreciate!!!

DON'T come to this location. They have hidden fees, obviously not mentioned when renting from them. I asked for a certain car & when I went to pick up they didn't even have it. Settled for something else & when returned it I was charged on my card for many other fees & car was returned as it was given to me. I rate this location ZERO stars

I have never had a rental company insist that I go vacuum out the floor mats (so they didn't have to do it) or they would charge me a $250 cleaning fee. I have rented many cars, from many different companies. This is a first. I returned the car very tidy--no garbage left in vehicle at all. On time. Tank full. "Muhammad" was agressive and used foul language. Very unprofessional.

Expired plates bald tires van was nasty drove horrible tire kept going flat had to stop every 100 miles to fill. When expressed this I was told take it or leave it. We clearly needed the van so we took it. After getting to our destination I attempted to get a new vehicle, I was than advised if I wanted a new vehicle I would have to risk driving it again( which I was pulled over for a total of 3 times, all of which I was able to talk my way out of) or pay $300 to have it towed and than cover the repair costs. Couldn't understand anyone at roadside or customer service from whatever country they were answering from. Talked to local agents near where we were staying and they said no one local has anything to accommodate me besides paying tolls and taking the risk of getting stopped again at the airport. Unable to get ahold of someone their to confirm they had something for me, we risked the ride home. Worst service ever, told many people who thought about using you guys for rentals and advised pay the extra for enterprise which will swap out their defective vehicles for free you know since it's their vehicles and not the consumers responsibility. Before I put my child in the car I scrubbed the seat down and used an entire bottle of lysol to disinfect it.
