The UPS Store

If there’s another store nearby I would completely avoid this store!

I went in to drop off a package and the customer service representative was rude and rather angry. Mid through our interaction she took a customer call and was offensive and dismissive to the caller. When she hung up she said 'total waste of my time' as she proceeded to assist me. My entire interaction with her was discourteous. I had a package that was clearly marked fragile and she proceeded to toss it about and even shoved it roughly with her foot. Can UPS offer some one better than an angry employee taking her frustrations against customers? This was a terrible experience.

Do not drop off valuable packages / anything for StockX, Grailed etc. at this store. I brought in a prepaid label for a StockX item & tracking showed it never left the store. When I returned multiple times the same employees that I dropped off the box with said they didnt know what had happened to it & that it was weird that it didnt show the package ever being picked up from the store. Please go somewhere else with these items to avoid the headache of claims processes and back and forth to get your money returned.

This place has lots of less-than-stellar reviews. So when I first ventured into this store several years ago, I was a little concerned about having to deal with unhelpful, incompetent, doing-you-a-favor-I'm-even-talking-to-you sort of people. In fact, however, every time I step into this UPS store, I am greeted by friendly people, and, more important, workers that are keen on really helping you get the job done in the best possible way and that excel at what they do. Yes, sometimes the wait can be long, but that's only because they spend as much time as needed with every single customer, and they'll also accord you the same kind of attentiveness. Today I was helped by James, who is intelligent, quick, courteous, and friendly. (I didn't get the name of the woman that works alongside him.) As is the usual case for me, I left the store very satisfied with the service I had received. This UPS Store certainly deserves 5 stars in my book.
