Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Very frustrated with the service of this location. I had a booking for 12 pm today. I showed up to pick up my rental and I was turned away because they had closed already although the door was open and they were helping other customers. I spoke to one of the employees Bri and was told they no longer had any vehicles in stock. When I asked if there were any other vehicles in stock in the area I was told no. The friend I was staying with who has rented from the location before took me around back to where the rentals are kept and there were three cars still in the lot (picture of one attached). I was not offered any suggestions on how to pick up a car I reserved and confirmed days before. I would recommend other locations to others in the future.

Got a newer model Malibu with about 6k miles on it. Drove great and had little to no issues with it. The double sunroof was a nice feature. Service at this location was quick and easy. Only complaint is the parking situation to drop off. But what can you do about that. Overall, top notch experience.

This business leaves unattended cars blocking the sidewalk and the protected bike lane regularly. Milwaukee Avenue is the deadliest street for bikers in Chicago.

This location at 930 West division in Chicago was clean. Fast super friendly .one thing I would say is always going travelocity or one of those platforms because it's about a hundred and fifty dollars a week cheaper
