Everyone was super friendly, caring, and efficient. Very clean facility. I was extremely satisfied with my visit although I was skeptical. My boyfriend recommended me and I could not be happier. I have a piece of mind knowing that I have some sort of help in the health department. Parking on the other hand very scary, if you're looking for parking, park on Irving Park. Do not park on Broadway Street. It is very sketchy and very dangerous.

I absolutely recommend Howard Brown Health centers to anyone looking for a walk in clinic or doctor. This location is especially great.

Absolutely miserable. Sorry for the essay, but how does HB have the funding to be opening how many new sites and offices but not enough to properly support the staff and services they currently have? It has great services and some amazing Drs/nurses when you are able to access them. But it's become nearly impossible to do so. The patient portal doesn't work. All you'll get are emails saying your provider still hasn't read your messages. You can try to fill out the general contact form for non urgent medical needs that asks you to "be as detailed as possible" but has its character limit set insanely low. They don't take walk-ins. You have to have an apt. But there's no appointments available for months. So good luck with anything urgent. You can try calling the nurse line for urgent issues, but they won't answer and will bump you back to the call line after being on hold for 40 minutes to 4 HOURS. If you manage to somehow get ahold of a real person, they are at a off-site call center. They can't transfer you to any other departments and the best they can do is send a message for someone to get back to you within 2 days (which they probably won't). If you finally get an appointment, there is a good chance they will 1) switch it from telehealth to in person (or vice versa), not tell you, and claim you missed your appt. 2) just cancel it making you go thru the entire process again.
