        After repeated attempts to contact and getting no response, I was finally able to get on the waitlist for EMDR therapy in December of 2022. I was told the wait would be 12-16 weeks. It has now been almost a full year and I was never connected with a provider, despite following up to check in multiple times. If you need treatment in a timely manner, do not trust their waitlist process and look elsewhere. I have been sitting on the waitlist without an update for so long that I was able to start and finish EMDR with another provider! I understand many mental health providers are understaffed right now, but they should be honest about their capacity instead of stringing along vulnerable clients.

        Do not waste your time here. The providers are not responsive. I reached out through email, the patient portal and called several tunes and it tools weeks for them to respond. They do not care about the patients well being.
