The desk attendant sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, I came back to correct the error. 25 min later my inhaler was still not at the correct pharmacy. When I politely called back, the attendant was rude as I stood in line struggling to gasp for air. Please consider peoples time and conditions when talking over the phone!
