I have purchased every important piece of jewelry through Gregg Helfer and they never disappoint. He was a great man and it is still the only place in Chicago to go for your most important moments.

Christmas 2016 an business acquaintance referred me to Gregg Helfer Ltd. where I met owner Michael Helfer. I was searching for gold bracelets. The house specializes in diamonds for engagement and marriage rings, but took the time to search competitors to find what I needed. The gift was not well received through no fault of Michael's. He took it back and provided a full refund. Not story often told. Consider the foregoing when shopping for a trusted merchant.
