Bought new ac unit from Jeff and this would be my 3rd summer using it. We have had nothing but problems with it starting a few weeks after install. Last summer, Jeff had one of his workers come out and basically band aid the unit for the summer and said if we had the same problem next yr he would replace it. Well now we are starting summer and the ac doesn’t work. Jeff came and said my dog peeing on it caused corrosion and now wants 1200$ for the new part and labor. I am getting a whole new ac put in by a legit, well known company and I’m sure I won’t have to call them every summer or even a few weeks after it’s installed. Yes my dog peed on it a few times but we put up a fence, what’s your excuse for all the other times you came here including a few weeks after you installed it to replace a relay? Poor service, horrible product, and acts like Mr. Nice guy but he just wants your money. Would not recommend to anyone EVER!!!
