Impressive Service and Swift Restoration of Water Supply! All Weather Consultants, especially Mr. Jones, provided outstanding service in fixing my water tank in Inglewood. We called All Weather Specialist on New Year's Eve due to a gas leak with our water heater. Because of the leak, People's Gas had to shut off the gas and we had no heat or hot water. Given it was a holiday, we were calling around to find a plumber that was available. We ended up calling one of the Heating & Cooling companies on television but their quote was overpriced and we did not feel confident with their approach to the solution. In comes Mr. Kevin Jones as a true Godsend, as he offered a solution after reviewing the issue and brought in expert help with Mike, one of his plumbing technicians. Needless to say, the problem was resolved within four hours and our heat was back on shortly thereafter after the final gas inspection. Mr. Jones is the real deal. An expert in finding solutions to an issue, prompt, courteous, affordably priced and more importantly, a man of integrity and understanding. It's rare that you have this combination in any service-based business today. Without hesitation, I would use All Weather Specialist again and recommend them to family and friends... they're that good at what they do. We were in a very difficult situation, especially due to the holiday timing, but Mr. Jones and his team made it a stress-free experience and we were confident in their service and delivery.
