We needed advice on fixing an electrical problem in our recently remodeled bathroom. We went as far as checking with an electrician and getting a very expensive estimate for what we knew was less than 30 minutes of work. We threw up a Hail Mary of sorts and dropped into this Home Depot on Cicero in Alsip to ask advice. We found Electric Mike. Mike listened patiently, asked a few questions and gave us a quick tutorial on home wiring. We bought a new switch and sure enough, it took us less than a half hour to get the lights in the bathroom to work again. Mike is a hero!! If you have any questions about home wiring go see this guy!!

It is impossible to get questions answered over the phone. I called the department I thought I needed and was transferred to another only to get disconnected. Called the original department back and no answer. Finally a Custer service rep answered and tried to transfer me and I was on hold so long the music stopped and the a dial tone. If you want to conduct business or ask a question about your installation you need to personally go to the store
