J & J Heating and Cooling

I just had J&J out to give me an estimate on my split system, and I just can't believe how honest these guys are. They know more than the company that I have had for over 9 years. I was told that it was imperative that I get my system replaced ASAP. These guys came out, showed me what the others guys said was wrong and said I could still get a few years out of it. I have one more quote, but I am almost postive I am chosing these guys. They are wonderful

Steve at J and J has been amazing. With 24 hour service and prices that can’t be beat, I’m not sure why anyone would call anyone else. He’s super friendly, always available, always professional, and does excellent work for a fraction of the cost of what some of these bozos try to charge. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

We called in the middle of the night, due to our A/C not working, we have a new born so we Didn’t want it to get to hot, Technician Steve was able to come out and take a look. He seemed really concerned and is coming back right away in the morning to get us up and running. Highly recommend!

Called late last night to have our A/C looked at. They came later that night. They guy told us that it would be the 150 for the service call. Then they also charged an hour of labor. For what? I don't know, he didn't install anything new at all. I just wanted an answer as to what was causing the issue. He later said its probably a capacitor and that he would try again in the morning. He told us that if we wrote a good review that he would give us a discount. He came in the morning and installed the capacitor and said that it should be good within the next couple hours. Its 80 degrees in here now and 500$ later to find out what that our A/C is still not working. You would think they would at least know what is causing it. I won't be using this company again. So the good review from my wife Vanessa. Scratch that.

To whom it may concern, I want to pass on some praise for your technician Steve. He was just excellent in how he solved our electrical problems. I still can’t get over how polite and courteous he was with me and my wife. As a retired electrical/ mechanical engineer, it is easy to identify the people who know what they are doing and Steve is one of those people. In addition, he was very efficient in obtaining parts and installing a new sump pump. Excellent job Steve….
