Nice place, great location. Weird services. Youre directed from the front desk to check yourself in at a kiosk, you have to take the 20 minute elevator ride to pick up your food delivery at the lobby, you have to check yourself out when you leave. I saw people that worked there, but didnt have any interaction. They kept their eyes down and offered as little assistance as possible. Perfect location for walking.
Updated to include that we never got our deposit back and wanted to share that the parking garage is full of human waste. I dont think anybody actually works at this hotel-its impossible to communicate. I think there are agencies for the maintenance and housekeeping and the actual hotel itself is ran by the guests and kiosks.

Very nice place with an unbeatable location. Comfortable rooms and good rest. The elevator can be an issue during rush hours. It has a business center floor and complimentary cappuccinos. Refillable water bottles for your day. The view is spectacular.
