        Good location right on the loop, rooms are always decent and service never an issue. Rooms: Rooms are comfortable and well apportioned Walkability: Walking is easy to just about any interest you may wish to pursue; dining shopping or just getting out.

        I stayed here for five nights and was shocked by the complete lack of housekeeping service throughout my entire stay. From day one, we faced the inconvenience of an almost already empty tissue box. Despite numerous requests at the front desk for new towels and cleaning service, our room remained untouched. We even left notes at the front desk several times to ensure our room would be cleaned, particularly on the last night, but to no avail. I wonder if this is how Hyatt usually treat their guests, as it was an extremely disappointing experience. I deeply regret choosing this hotel for my trip. Rooms: Do not expect them to clean your room even if you stay multiple nights. Noteworthy details: Poor service, especially on house keeping.
