I would have given it 5 stars, but the faucet for the tub is plummed backward, and I got into a cold shower. And there was a nasty smell in the hallway to our room.

Great location, we had a 2 bedroom suite and it was very nice . Had a full kitchen with table and spacious living room . Breakfast was good . Valet parking . Short walk to shopping and several restaurants would definitely stay here again

Reasons why I would recommend this hotel: 1. You have feral children who need space. 2. You want to save money on meals by cooking in the room. Reasons why I would NOT recommend this hotel: 1. Your room will be sold and on your first night of exhausting travel, you will be left in a smaller room having to sleep on springs on the couch. 2. On the second night (after youve been moved to the actual room you booked) youll discover the tub drain is blocked. Maintenance will come in with a plunger leaving POOP in the tub. Maintenance will leave you a bottle of chemicals to clean the tub but he wont do it cause hes not maintenance. Um. Neither are we! Youll go to bed dirty and tired and have a sleepless night of tossing and turning. 3. After having experienced diarrhea after one free breakfast at the hotel, youll stock your room with food. But youll need to walk to the lobby with cold oatmeal because the microwave in your room wont work; an employee will microwave it in the employee lounge. In a four night stay, I had unpleasant experiences three days! This is NOT what anyone should have to deal with on Spring Break vacation. My husband requested the email address of the general manager. He was provided an email which no one responded to. And at checkout, he found out it wasnt actually the email for the general manager. Smh. I do not recommend this hotel. I will never stay here again. Id give them zero stars if that was an option.
