Great place to stay, missing mini fridge for the alcohol!

Beautiful hotel in an iconic building. The location is about a block or two away from Millennium Park, The Art Institute of Chicago, and the Chicago riverwalk. The location is second to none when it comes to exploring downtown Chicago. We stayed in the two queen-bed room (with the two beds seemed a little small). Our room was neat and clean. The bedroom itself was nice and clean. The bathroom was beautiful and had wonderful smelling lotions and soaps. We were greeted by a friendly and smiling staff. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

This is a beautiful place . The bar is very nice as well as the staff . The room was beautiful with an amazing view and the bed was comfortable. The decor was really cool . If you come to Chicago this is an absolutely amazing place to stay or even if you want to do a weekend getaway this is perfect for a romantic weekend with your partner . Excellent place . Highly recommended!!!

Amazing!!! I’m actually from Chicago but I stayed for my birthday weekend. I booked a tower king room, the view was amazing, the room was beautiful! The staff was so nice. I mentioned at check in it was My birthday and when I got back later that night, there was a little box of chocolates and a birthday card in my room. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed here almost a year ago for my mom's birthday. Everything went very well until I got an email about using items in the minibar (we didn't), but I was able to promptly resolve it thanks to their great customer care. And honestly, customer care is a great thing to look for in a hotel. Also, externally this building is my favorite building in Chicago. It's so gorgeous.
