I frequent this location often as I work across the street. The staff are always really nice, always greet me politely and get me my food in a timely manner during my lunch break. Today I witnessed a customer talking very disrespectfully to the one sandwich maker named Matthew. The customer was condescending and making a scene. Matthew kept their cool and proceeded to get my order done accurately and the 5 other people behind me. I really respect that, and hope this interaction didn't ruin Matthew's day because they handled it like a champ!
