    Nothing is perfect but this place comes close. The techs are knowledgeable and very helpful. They have heard most of it before so they already know the answer. Very friendly. They great you at the door and let you know if there is a wait time. Because they ask why you came in when it's your turn the tech already knows what you need and is ready with answers. Quick and easy!

    Deception. Check your receipts and ask for complete understanding of what you signed on for and have them show you proof. And check to see if you get a new phone if they added a glass covering or case without asking. ..... Be careful!!! .... Careful if you are sending someone who doesn't know too much about phones or phone activations. They might get taken advantage of. 1. We were given the wrong plan . We didn't realize it until we signed into the mobile app at home. The receipt said something else. 2. We were given glass covers added to our phones without asking or putting them on in front of us. 3. We were given cases but not told they would cost us. She just said do you want a blue or black one. I should asked if it was going to cost us. She said we were given " free phones" so I assume you would ask if you want a case or would say how much they were. 4. She said we were given "free" phones. It wasn't explained to us that you need to stay on with them for two yrs and credited eleven dollars a month until " it pays off". That tmobile company when we called the main number explained it to us. 5. We were given 10 dollar phone insurance coverage without being asked. Per phone. It showed up on the bill. Careful. It takes a month to get it taken off for the new billing cycle. ....I was just so brain dead after being there for 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting to get the phones activated. My dad was there for 2 hrs and he's 69 and had to sat on a chair. I should have double checked the receipt for glass coverings of 25 dollars. 40 dollar phone cases. Per phone. Insurance per phone and twenty dollars more for our phone plan than what we were told. My dad was trusting and so was I. Be careful for all the add ons and the clarifications they don't mention. Luckily we called the tmobile company and explained and they switched us back to what we asked for. We are staying on with tmobile hoping it just has to do with the service of this location.
