    I attempted to migrate from an iPhone to a Moto X. After I signed the contract and was assured that there would not be a problem, I realized that the Verizon folks did not know how to set the Moto X when my email went through Apple iCloud. Instead, they sent me to the Apple store to configure the phone. Two days later, 5 hours worth of sent emails have disappeared. I had to cancel an entire days worth of appointments as I work over the phone and expect to be in the store again for hours. Im going to attempt to cancel the contract and go back to AT&T. DO not try to migrate to a Droid phone with Verizon folks, if you have a Mac and an iPhone, and all of your info is on the ICloud.

    Brian assisted with my transaction. I upgraded my phone to an iphone 6 as well as the two phones on my shared family plan. Additionally, he helped me change my data plan and upgrade my plan from 2 basic phones to two smartphones. I was unable to make it to the store and he answered all of my questions and completed the purchase by phone. Because of the number of original and follow-up questions I had, he spent time on the phone with me on 4 different occasions. I could go on and on about how helpful he was in answering all my questions, as well as allowing me to buy over the phone. I'm a parent with 2 young children and have a full time job which requires 2 hours of daily commuting, so finding time for personal errands is impossible. He made my life easier this week. I would highly recommend using this store and sales manager.

    Wow! What an amazing experience I had at the Verizon store on Chicago Avenue today. I was dreading going to get a new phone (mine died), but was pleasantly surprised when Jeremy and Martin went out of their way to make sure I had all the items I needed and too the time to explained how to use them!! I'm due for an upgrade in 6 months and will definitely be returning and hopefully will be lucky enough to have one of these great guys help me out again!!
