I had upgraded phones on my plan in December and everything that was told to me by the manager was wrong. I have been back and forth with TMobile customer service trying to repair what she did. In short, she changed my plan, told me it was a better deal, added a line, upgraded 2 phones and added a new phone. Sold me the internet and told me I would have 4 months free and $25 a month after that, according to the customer service thats not even in this region so we cancelled. My bill was totaled to over $450. Ive been trying to repair everything she did Im reverted back to my old plan, that Ive had close to 20 years, and I cant even get on the internet when Im not on wifi. I went back to the store and she reassured me everything was ok and told me that id be paying around $200 a month (still costly but that includes 4 phones plans and two watches). Nope. Not the case. I have an active open case with the states attorneys office over this. Ive had an account since I was 18, and am almost 40 now and have never ever experienced this. Unfortunately, tmobile has monopolized the market and I know I am screwed wherever I go. Im stuck holding overpriced handheld computers that I would have never bought on a plan that supports a Playschool microphone and Im paying $300 a month. This place should be shut down

I have bad experience in this store, I want to wait more than six hours for activat transfer from different company.

The staff here is very knowledgeable and patient. They were able to answer all of our questions and we're friendly. We worked with Jasmine and Brissa who were both very great to work with. We appreciate their patience

I walked in, and not one person of staff said anything. I stood to the side, and after a few minutes, I asked if there's a sign in sheet? This is not what I'm used to for a Tmobile dealer.
