I called before going and spoke to Will who was a pleasure to work with! He ensured that I was getting what I needed, was thorough, and got me out of the store quickly. I appreciate these types of experiences.

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!! Came in with my daughter to look at phones. All the employees were sitting down listening to offensive music with no masks on. The whole time I was asking questions the MANAGER Demarco didnt even bother getting up from his seat to help me and he wasnt wearing a mask. Dirty store and lazy employees. Luckily there was a corporate store down the Street from this location

NOT LIKE THEY USED TO BE! BEWARE! I will start off this review by saying Cecilia was very pleasant and tried her best to help me with a phone issue, but unfortunately my phone was physically broken so she couldn't do more. Again not her fault, she did all she could. When I walked in and they were blasting music that was wildly inappropriate. The gentleman who I was told is the manager was sitting down the whole time while helping another customer and never wore a mask! I was under the impression T-mobile required masks and followed Covid guidelines for all their associates. He also dropped the N word multiple times (very loudly) while talking with a coworker and what I assumed was his friend visiting the store. This isn't the environment I would want to return to seeing as the new management clearly has no regard for health and safety protocols or racial sensitivity. What happened to Adam and Mohammed? I've been coming here for almost 5 years now and have always brought my business to Adam or Mohammed.
