Avoid Martin. I am the owner of unlimited business account. Bought a tablet yesterday and was helped by Martin who told me that in order to qualify for a tablet discount I needed to pay a higher rate plan, that I could not use my regular unlimited plan because of an extra requirement for a discount. He ended up upselling me an unlimited plan with 10G hotspot which was $10 more expensive and not required to receive the discount nor needed, I could have used my regular plan and saved $10 a month. On top of it, he refused to waive an activation fee for a business account, even though I asked him to ask the manager, he didn't even bother. I ended up spending extra time researching online and calling customer service the next day to switch to the correct plan which I should've received in the first place. Don't visit this store, employees either lie on purpose or do not know their job.

I came here after an absolute nightmare with Verizon messing up our bills for three cycles and then accidentally cutting us off. Karlee was an absolute gem and was so patient with all of our questions. My partner and I are both autistic and have ADHD, so carrying a conversation with us can be uh an adventure at best lol. Karlee was incredibly kind to us and made us feel welcomed as new customers. The next day, we had an equally amazing experience with a white gentleman with approximately shoulder length blonde hair. He helped us get set up with a new watch because we were so impressed with T-Mobile we wanted to get more things on our plan. He was also kind and incredibly helpful. He did give his name but Ill be honest, he looks similar to someone else I know so my brain has replaced his name with that friends name (so sorry to you, sir ) but if the manager reading this knows who Im speaking about he was also incredible.
