Worst place ever to for a car rental no good customer service skills , poor communication no explanation whats so ever they just want your money. I do not recommend this place at all better of with Enterprise

I was expecting to rent a midsize suv gas vehicle. But, they only had an electric vehicle that was 52% charged. I was told that charging is free and that I wouldnt have any problems driving long distance. I ended up paying $22 to fully charge the vehicle which took over an hour. After driving 2.5 hours, I stopped to recharge the vehicle and the only stations that were available were slow charging stations. The charge would have taken 10 hours and 10 minutes if I had not opted to turn the vehicle in at the Airport in Savoy, IL. The agents at the airport were amazing and provided me with excellent service!! Megan and Dionte were quick to provide me with another vehicle and even returned to give me an ipad that I had left in the electric vehicle.. They are the reason that I gave 3 stars
