        I was charged for gas (I refilled it before dropping off, have receipt). I was over charged for coverage. Staff in helpful at counter when I went back to back to question charges.

        Id give zero stars if I could. Absolute thievery. Ended up paying 2x the amount I originally committed to when I booked the rental thanks to hidden fees and taxes. Ill never again rent from or recommend Budget

        First time I have been this displeased with the vehicle I was given by Budget at Ohare. Smokey smell and food still on floor boards.

        A terrible experience. Surprised to have gotten a car that was filthy and smelled as though someone had been smoking in it. Gas was 3/4 full on pick up but Budget expects it to be full on return. On pickup I had to remove a large push broom and a load of garbage from the SUV. A terrible experience overall. I won't recommend Budget to anyone at ORD or the surrounding area.
