Should have read the reviews on this branch prior. Given dirty car. Customer service unhelpful throughout whole process.

I like this Avis branch, service is good, the only thing I would recommend is to clean the cars better.

Ghosted without warning. Came to pick up my reservation on a Thursday afternoon and there was no one here. Doors locked with a sign that says go to Oak Park (which is tough to get to without the car I was trying to rent). I called both phone numbers and no one answered. They never called or emailed to warn me that they were closing this location. Totally unacceptable.
