Budget Car Rental

Although the car was picked up and returned according to plan, the inconveniences (e.g., being accused of damaging the car prior to to checking their records and requiring a spouse to be added as an additional named driver despite policy stating otherwise thus adding to the total) the branch provides is not worth saving the added cost of picking up a car at the airport or other locations in the city. Make sure you read all of the fine print because these guys, unlike every other location, will enforce policies down to the dotted i and crossed t. My advice is to rent from a different branch if you want to avoid the headache of pencil pushers.

Do not rent from here! They left.me abandoned and I had already paid. Had sit on hold with Budget for hours.

Last week i had a reservation for an suv, everything was good until i gave him my debit card to complete the transaction he said we don't accept debit card even though I always use the card for car rental in budget, he said it doesn't work but it was working! I gave him a second card and it worked he said no i doesn't work! I called budget they said we accept debit card! I had to change the location to te airport and add 60$! ( and took an uber for 40$) And guess what the same card works fine! I don't recommend it at all! The worst ever!

My car is in the shop so I reserved a rental car. I get there I feel the racism in the air. The guy that works there inserts my card for me like I couldnt do it on my own.The guy did something to make my card not work saying it was something wrong with the chip knowing it was a lie because I just used the card yesterday. I guess he figured since I was black I dont deserve to get a rental and he wants to save the car for a white or India. I guess Im doing them a favor leaving this post telling other blacks to stay away! Racism is still alive in 2024.
