I can never gain access to the atms after hours. I swipe my chase debit and the door never opens. I see a lot of pedestrians using the drive thru atms

Happened to be eating a "Clark St Dog" from the pub next door and ran in to get quarters for laundry.  Teller was friendly and efficient, no customers in line and was able to get in and out within a couple of minutes!

Customer service poor at best. The teller was somewhat pleasant. The other employees I had contact with treated me disrespectfully. They were less than pleasant. They were three young women. They appeared to only be interested in their gossip session. When I asked for help their responses were short, sharp and inappropriate.
They are a sad representation of the times in which we live. Hopefully these ladies will mature, become less self centered and better representatives for the place they work.

I recently switched banks to Chase out of convenience with their locations in the city and it has been great. I went into this Chase location to take out some quarters (for laundry of course), and the staff were amazing and friendly and helpful. I will 100% be back for any future banking needs!

Door won't open so can't get to the ATMs inside. The card mechanism isn't working.
