Bad service not new customer friendly avoid at all causes if I could give zero stars I would I asked to use the bathroom while waiting in a long line other customers were able to use the bathroom but I was turned away I asked politely and the woman responded rudely and told me to go to another business that wasn't professional at all I wonder what the problem was with me and here I am trying to bring more business to you I will not and won't recommend going to this branch treat your customers better

was not greeted when i walked in, white lady spit on me when i asked for assistance, and they yelled at me to leave. all i wanted was a new card.

I have to use this location since they closed it due to COVID-19. This building got sold off to another business in the Lincoln Square Plaza. It was the closest for me to walk to. Just to pay off my charge card or use the ATM. I loved this spot it was close to the Farmer's Market which is in the parking lot and many other small businesses.
This building is right across from Mariano's Grocery Store. Which is on the 2nd Floor. And free parking on top of the building. Also,on the lower level, the street level .The LA Fitness is on the bottom and they have a pool to swim in when you join to workout. Also, Metra Train Station is on the other side of Chase Bank. And there is a school nearby. I love walking to the bank. It's a pleasant long walk.
