        My overall experience was great, especially the help that I received from Alberto Macias while opening a new account. He was extremely helpful and kind. The only issue I had was with Dolores Delgado. She was extremely rude, trying to make Alberto leave me while attending me to attend someone else. Bad customer service!

        Been coming here for a while now love the people who work here they alway have a smile. In particular Gelson who as soon as he sees me he pulls up my account so I can go on with my day. This location is alway super clean and Gelson is the best.

        Have to agree with previous posts, not the best location and avoid BMO in general. They just have bad customer service all around in my opinion.
