The worst Bank of America branch that I have ever been to. No one knows what they are doing and they will waste your time trying to get the answer for you. I was so fed up with them that I decided to close out my account then and there and they barely knew how to do that. The customer service is horrible. Don’t go to this branch!!!!

This location should be close. When I came here, banker was looking my ID near the lamp ..I ask what the problem? Here is credit and debit card , social you can check ..he is so strange. He could not answer to my question ..question was ..why do you charge this day for sending this amount of extra money from credit to my checking account ? Simple ..he said I do not know ..so if you do not know do something ..ask another person , call , etc then I said okay just close my credit card ..he said I cannot..can you go onother location whick is located 2-3 block away from us. then What I are doing there ? I go cashier and ask to write check for me..She said yes, $10 and more ..it depends how much money will you take from your checking account ...super super super not convinient ..young lady cashier is not pleasant ...if you do not want to be upset and need solve something do not go there
