I dont understand the concept of two people standing around watching a third person work. I had a simple request that would take 30seconds to complete and after waiting for 10min I left because there is another PNC 1/2mile away with better customer service.

Decided to go to the bank had a great day, then ran into one of the bankers and the women was clueless. didn't have an answer for anything, part of the conversation she was more focused on the people in her surroundings rather than me, and to add on top of that she had an attitude with me, The teller made up for the bad experience i had with the banker.

Shout out to Jazmine Perez(hopefully spelled the name correctly), she went above and beyond to resolve the problems I had. As soon as I called regarding a "printing out card issue" that a different PNC location told me they were unable to resolve within the timeframe I needed it by, she told me she would be able to help. She kept true to her word, and helped with everything else I was in need of assistance with. Jazmine showcased great customer service, was both efficient and prompt, and most importantly had an amazing personality and attitude. Thank you, for your help!
