The best bank in the Chicagoland for commercial accounts. Highly personable and professional staff with great account options for our needs. We are pretty pleased with a setup and looking forward building this relationship further.

I really hoped that this “community bank” would be so much better than what they really are. It is not just this branch, but the entirety of the bank that is the problem. First of all, the branches do not act as a unified company, but more of autonomous states that have nothing to do with each other besides name and the ability to deposit and withdraw money. If you have a problem, need to speak to someone about your account, or even ask about a loan, you must talk to people at “your” branch. If you deposit a check, you will not have access to any of the money for 1 day, and at that point, you will only have access to $400. Every single aspect of the banking experience is convoluted and difficult. They draw you into their web by portraying themselves as a community back that refunds any ATM fees you accrue. They had some holiday shopping discount thing set up, but no one really even honored it. This bank is a joke that really does nothing to help their patrons. It is our money, stop keeping it from us!
