        Citibank is by the far the worst bank to work with. Their customer service representatives do not know what they are doing. They just transfer you to department to department, and their fraud team is also terrible! DO NOT do business with Citi, take it elsewhere and prevent bad customer service. They hung up the phone on me multiple times and give incorrect information. Lazy representatives is what they have, and managers dont even help either.
