Was cold-called by one of their associates here and was asked to come in to discuss starting an IRA. Since I was going in anyway I decided to listen to their spiel. The associate couldn't even explain the difference between a Roth and a Traditional IRA.

When I needed to open a business account, I looked into options available at a number of banks. What made the difference in my decision was the customer service offered by Natalie, the branch manager here. She made the setup process easy and straightforward. She also kindly checked in a couple of times over the following weeks to ensure I had everything I needed.

I have both a business account and personal account here, and simply needed a lien waiver notarized. Got some textbook recited answer about how they can't do any notarizing outside of PNC business. So what is the point of having a notary then? I called my old branch on Chicago, where I've gotten it done before, and they said, "Sure, no problem!"
