Kendall was definitely a big help with a situation I had going on. She definitely made my experience at ease because I was so frustrated! She is all about making sure your needs are meet. Allison is helpful as well. Team work at it BEST.

This is the branch bank so competent, so neighborly and helpful that they saved me as a long-time customer from quitting BMOHarris and banking elsewhere after ridiculous experiences at other branch banks. The service here is expert, competent, available, and pleasant, always.

Horrible customer service. Words cannot express the amount of disrespect and lack of empathy this Bank institution provides. Given that reviews are only expressed on a per branch basis I have to leave it at this branch. This banking institution has no respect for long standing customers and will not forgive even the smallest fee's incurred without daily persistence. Allison at this particular branch is one of the most disrespectful, inpatient and rude managers I have ever dealt with. DO NOT bank with this sad excuse of an institution.
