This is my second attempt at writing a review my last one was taken down. I went to this location June 2023 to cash a check and was racially profiled. I Went to the teller and was told they needed to get an override I'm guessing because of how much it was, waited for a few minutes only to have the bank manager GLADYS PEREZ came out escorted me into her office and questioned me about where it came from and who gave me this check. This is unacceptable and people shouldn't be treated this way

This branch has the best customer service by far, everyone is so welcoming and helpful. Its always an enjoyable experience, makes me want to come inside instead of using the drive thru! I would give 10 stars if there was the option!
