It's Only Called The Royalton Hotel & Is Not A Bonified Hotel. It's An SRO Where You Can Apply & Pay To Get You Off The Streets. The Rooms Aren't Ideal & It Does Have Rats, Roaches & Bed Bugs & Is Ran By The Revive Center. Yes It Has It's Problems Like The Not So Nice Smell & Some Rooms Have Leaks & Slight Flooding But Again It's Not The Hilton Or Best Western & Won't Get Rave Reviews & Is Not Kid Friendly.

I've been here for 3 months now and haven't experienced any rodent or roach issues I've heard gossip about it being bad however my experience here hasn't exposed me to any of that ...I stay to myself the staff is friendly helpful and actually pretty cool and I love my unit I rent it's clean etc and the price isn't that bad and I love the area ( neighborhood)
